[ Real World Gatherings | Ludum Deals | Warmup Weekend ]
We happily jammed through the weekend

Hospital Trash!
Used flash, pen and scan
and nanostudio for music

(post compo version has a preloader!)
Have fun! and post your score!

will upload a bugfixed post-compo version later today.
********** UPDATE: **********
- there was a bug where the clock wasn't resetting when a new game was started.

Love the aesthetic and feel. Definitely addicting and love how the time limit mechanic adds something to the cookie clicker-esque gameplay.
Good Job Guys! This game art like Rocko's World Animated series... I love it!
Great game. The art and and music mesh really well, making up a really dirty, creepy atmosphere.
The first 1000 is brutal, but after that there is solid progression. Art is very stylized and cool, albeit macabre.
As I clicked on the web player, it immediately sent me to Game Over. I don't seem to be able to click on the button to re-try :(
I am on Mavericks, using Chrome.
Ha, didn't expect to find a clicker game! I love the horror aesthetic of it and the unique take on the theme.
Love how it looks. I guess adding a timer is about as mechanically rich as you can really make a cookie clicker game.
@MaTX added a direct link to the swf. hope that helps...
@all thanks for the ratings and comments. If I'm able to play your games (platform-wise), I will rate+comment back ;)
I'm not a big fan of this kind of gameplay, but the graphics and the sound are great, and the kind if pretty fun !
Nice drawings. I don't like fast clicking though… (worried about wearing out my mouse). I'd prefer a keyboard press.
Awesome. love what you did with it, the art style was pitch perfect. Excellent.
AH, this was great! Addictive, some strategy, nice take on the theme.
Looked just right and the music never got boring.
The news head lines were a nice touch, somethiong to read while your clicking for your life.
Top marks for humor.
Too bad for the timer bug, I was doing well on my second attempt and then saw the time didn't run at all.
I'm glad I saw that before ruing my mouse :)
One of the most humorous games of the jam. The news are hilarious, and a good way to occupy your mind when your click like a mad! :)
Very creative entry, I like it!
Thanks for your comments. Looking at your game mine is like a turtle. I've made a new version which is faster, so if you some time to play it again :)
Rooting through dangerous medical waste has never been so rewarding!
Looks nice. Adding a time limit to a click as many times as you can game worked really well.
I love this game, and I didn't like "Cookie Clicker" in the least. However, the time limit is an original touch and makes it a lot more tense.
This is all around great. Great graphics, excellent powerups, and the news headlines are absolutely hilarious.
I still haven't beaten it, but I'll definitely be coming back to this one.
One of the best and most professional LD entries I've played.
Loved the art! It has a great sort of street-graffiti vibe to it and I enjoyed it. That being said I thought the gameplay was alright. The first time I opened up the game, clicking "start" took me to Game Over. I refreshed the page and it was fine. The clicking mechanic was alright, but it felt a bit exhausting for me. Great atmosphere though!
Thanks for the carpal tunnel ;) Great entry all around - one of my favourites.
Good for a cookie-clicker. Nicew graphics, and take on the theme.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you want to place in the final results, you NEED votes. The easiest way to get votes is by rating other games. Judging lasts for 3 weeks following the end of Ludum Dare. For best effect, rate 20 games as soon as possible. Rating more games is encouraged.
MORE TIPS AND DETAILS AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE
TEAMS: Teams entering the Jam should pick a single representative to submit your game, or create a team specific account you can share. We currently do not support Team Voting, but sharing an account and together playing and rating games is acceptable.
NOT LOGGED IN?: If you get a message about not being logged in, even though you are, it’s because your web browser cached the non-logged in page. You can fix this by either refreshing your cache or clearing your cache. CTRL+F5 in many browsers. Chrome is a bit more work. Press F12 to enable Developer Mode, then you can right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”. This option is unavailable if you are not in Developer Mode.
PORTS: Ports to other platforms can be done after the deadline. That said, the sooner you finish your port, the sooner people can play your game, improving your chances of placing in the final results. For best results, provide a Web version of your game, or a Windows version with no dependencies. Also be sure to rate about 20 games to improve your visibility.
MY GAME DOESN’T SHOW UP: If you can’t find your game, it’s usually because the URL to your downloads are missing ‘http://‘. Fix your URLs (http://mysite.com/mygame.zip) and you will show up.
MY GAME CRASHES, IS UNBEATABLE, OR I MADE A TYPO: We allow you to fix crash or win condition bugs after the deadline (in a sense, like “porting” to support more players). We also allow “typo” bugs. I.e. A true that should have been a false, a word that should have been a different word, very tiny changes that you would have caught if you had more sleep. We leave this open to interpretation, but generally speaking your game should be identical to the game you submitted. No new features, just things you messed up last minute. Typos.
The art is this looks so cool! Rated highly. :)
