IMPORTANT NOTE: If you want to place in the final results, you NEED votes. The easiest way to get votes is by rating other games. Judging lasts for 3 weeks following the end of Ludum Dare. For best effect, rate 20 games as soon as possible. Rating more games is encouraged.

This is my first LD and it sure was fun.
The game is about colors. You will have to color your "character" in the right color to be able to pass barriers and reach the goal. There are some instructions included in the game.
The game is written using LUA and the Love2D game engine.
The Windows version includes the x86 and amd64 executables. For Linux and Mac please go to http://www.love2d.org/ and download the appropriate runtime to start the .love file. The sources are also available.
Tools used:
- Love2D
- Notepad++
- sfxr
UPDATE:
I have created 5 more levels which are way bigger and more complex. They should keep you entertained for a few more minutes. I also tweaked the graphics a little. Here are the download links:

Please do not rate this update! Only rate the original version above.

I agree with the previous comments - this was a really cool concept, and a nice implementation - unfortunately just as i was starting to figure out how all the puzzles worked it was over. Please make it bigger after the contest is over :)
Thanks for the nice comments :-). Actually, this is what I thought myself. Nice idea, but way to few levels. I will try to add more levels in the next days, but for now I'm going to rate other games.
Really not sure why I decided to try this, given the name, the theme and my level of colorblindness :) But it worked well, I did the color math in my head and managed to finish it. Had fun, but very short, needs more levels.
Enjoyed it (even with getting stuck outside the room on level 3!)
Congratulations on your first Ludum Dare game! Interesting idea, but the game was really short.
Congratulations on your first one, you never forget that one! :)
Like everybody else, I feel cheated... I was having fun, and dang! It's over! :) Good job with the mechanics and idea! :)
Really great concept, very well implemented. As others have said, it was a little short, but then again nobody would be making that criticism if they didn't find it fun.
Great start. I took me a while to figure out I didn't have to be the color of the gate.
Some of the color/combination interactions were unclear at first - some kind of alternate-combination feedback could clarify?
Thanks for your comments. More levels are on the way. Unfortunately, my daily job keeps me busy at the moment.
Congratulations on your first Ludum Dare entry. I liked this quite a bit. I was confused at first by the notion of mixing, but once I understood that the gates had two "keys", and that I wasn't mixing my own color, it came together. I think that the mechanics in place are solid, but worry that there might not be much more to the mechanic than what you've explored in the updated version. Play with this a bit and see where it can go. Good job.

TEAMS: Teams entering the Jam should pick a single representative to submit your game, or create a team specific account you can share. We currently do not support Team Voting, but sharing an account and together playing and rating games is acceptable.
NOT LOGGED IN?: If you get a message about not being logged in, even though you are, it’s because your web browser cached the non-logged in page. You can fix this by either refreshing your cache or clearing your cache. CTRL+F5 in many browsers. Chrome is a bit more work. Press F12 to enable Developer Mode, then you can right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”. This option is unavailable if you are not in Developer Mode.
PORTS: Ports to other platforms can be done after the deadline. That said, the sooner you finish your port, the sooner people can play your game, improving your chances of placing in the final results. For best results, provide a Web version of your game, or a Windows version with no dependencies. Also be sure to rate about 20 games to improve your visibility.
MY GAME DOESN’T SHOW UP: If you can’t find your game, it’s usually because the URL to your downloads are missing ‘http://‘. Fix your URLs (http://mysite.com/mygame.zip) and you will show up.
MY GAME CRASHES, IS UNBEATABLE, OR I MADE A TYPO: We allow you to fix crash or win condition bugs after the deadline (in a sense, like “porting” to support more players). We also allow “typo” bugs. I.e. A true that should have been a false, a word that should have been a different word, very tiny changes that you would have caught if you had more sleep. We leave this open to interpretation, but generally speaking your game should be identical to the game you submitted. No new features, just things you messed up last minute. Typos.
Nice game, just a bit short.
