Evolvin Gen - Drabiter - 48 Hour Compo Entry

Memorize the cells' pattern, and switch the color. The score is percentage of how many cells you switched. Total 15 evolution results. Need less than one minute to finish the play.

Control: mouse, left button only.

Bet you this's the simplest and shortest entry for this LD session.

POST-COMPO: fixed little bugs and better gameplay.

interesting but...oh god....the beeping! It's just piercingly loud!

Sorry, I forgot to reduce the volume ^^; and I think it'll surprise everybody. Thanks for playing though!

"You changed him into a bald grandma.." :D Uses theme well..

I don't think I really got it, ended up just clicking randomly & listening to the beeping. Sorry. Two suggestions: add an in-game tutorial; and add some kind of countdown, so you know how long you've got left.

Thanks for playing! Yah maybe the word "swap/switch" makes not enough sense. Should be improved on post-compo version.

It was pretty funny, but I didn't actually figure out you were supposed to click the *words* in addition to the boxes until I came here and read other comments. After that the game worked rather better :-p

Thanks for trying. I was kinda out of time to no style for button class and then I thought "people may figure it out from menu which are also text only". Considering my skill level, even just a well working game comment pleasures me :)

When I change 100% of DNA (not sure if that is the goal of the game), the game crashes.

Thanks for playing. First I have to say that you're good, since I never hit 100% myself :P I'll try to reproduce the 100 score and fix it soon. FYI since it crashed, 100% should result "monkey".

hey, i made it 10% and 20% of changing him. then i realized i can click on the blocks, too. now the game crashes when i should see the transformation-text :( played on osx snow leopard. funny little game though! if you want to add more "game" to the game, it might be a good idea to give the player only a certain amount of clicks and moving orders!

Thanks for playing! In the truth I dont have OSX to test. Maybe you can post the crashes/stacktrace? or it just end disappear mysteriously? Your ideas are very well welcomed.

Simplistic. Good for a few plays.

Likewise with 100%, the game crashed. Mildly amusing but doesn't really have much to it. Also the intro being skippable would've been nice.

Really interesting and simple idea. I quite enjoyed the humor too.

Quite simple, but very fun.
