So, here's our first "game" (ever)...
It doesn't really have fun gameplay or anything like that, but we learned a lot by making this and had fun (and lots of frustration as well)! Since we put a lot of effort into it, we will definitely continue working on the game and making it more fun after the compo!

The basic idea:
You start as a single cell, your goal is finding more cells to start the evolution. We don't want to tell you the rest of the story (that will be added later), since it would spoil some upcoming gameplay features :P

As we said, there's no real sense in playing this, besides the AWESOME music and the BEAUTIFUL parallax-scrolling ;)

We hope to see you again at the next Ludum Dare!

"Have fun!" ;)

Wish it was a game :)

Is it only one level?

It actually looked pretty nice, although there was a glaring problem with the scrolling. The screen would only scroll when I got to the edge so I was moving and not really seeing where I was going.

Thank you for the feedback :)
@kibertoad: Don't worry, it'll become a game ;)
@4urentertainment: Yeah :( Sadly it's just one level at the moment, though there will be a lot more later :(. We'll adjust the scrolling then :)

A solid start. The scrolling would be the biggest issue for you to fix. The platforming itself seems to work pretty well

Nice map layout :) Had some issues with controls and collision. It seamed that from time to time I was hovering without ground under my feet.

The game started, I saw the main screen for about a second and then my computer logged off :o

Good start I think for a first game. You can certainly expand on this. See you on the next LD.
