Delicious Idea!

First time participating and it's been incredibly illuminating. There really isn't a game here because I basically spent 48 hours (or some fraction therein given my family responsibilities) creating all this boiler plate and learning about simple implementations of the most basic of shit.
WHICH WAS AWESOME! :) Really looking forward to being better prepared and more tuned in for the next dare. :)

Move: A, D, Left, Right, joystick0 hat
Jump: W, Up, josytick0.button1
Activate: E, Enter, joystick0.button1

The gamepad I used while testing was a logitech.

I like the concept...and the guy's jacket. I'm curious what the end product would have been had you had more time.

Thanks Barry. I was intending on basically have like 5 versions of the same level, where each time you play the level is more realized (get it? an evolution of level wakka wakka wakka). The last level would have ideally been a short fun platformer level. When I started I thought that seemed doable.. but I didn't know enough about the tools I was using to really make that happen.

I liked the SUPER HARDCORE platforming, but got stuck on the second level :(

I'm sure that if you had more time this game would have been great, the gameplay looks solid but I got stuck in the second level too :( Tried it at least 5 times!
Keep it up anyway :)

Thanks for playing everyone! Yeah that jump requires precise timing... The bummer is that once you're past it and reach the blue square, you get a pretty fun power-up! And then you get to see that the level is pretty much finished right there because it's too easy to reach the fat man. At which point the game just repeats that level.

Good basis for a platformer, reached the fat man ;) Would have been fun to see this evolve in to further levels.

Not too bad. As others have mentioned that one jump on the second level is a bit frustrating.
