Thanks for playing through it! Yes, the boss is definitely a little hard, but I've been able to beat him before even with none of the powers. I think its mostly a matter of patience. As for the audio, it was basically a matter of time running out and no one on our team knowing how to make decent music xD
It didn't work on my computer, nor the zip nor the exe...It get stuck after the title scree,/instruction screen
Umm... I'm really not sure why it would be getting stuck there. Did you make it through the opening comic? Probably a silly question but did you use enter or the space bar to go through the comic?
Would be nice to have some instructions, it took me a while to figure out how to use the abilities. And some foreground / background contrast would be nice...
I agree with Dietrich, the background/foreground need a contrast. But was fun! Good job ! =)
I agree with ramoncb who agreed with Dietrich Epp. I needed some of that. Plus, some in-play instructions about what I am using. Also, hard to know where I should have gone next.

Even tough the game still has some bugs. I was able to enjoy it. It reminded me a bit of the metroid series (which I love!). The comic like sequences were funny.
But the boss is quite hard. Especially because of the darkness (and getting stuck in mid air from time to time) :)
The game has potential but still feels a little too glitchy / buggy.
Why didn't you create the audio yourself?
