The tinysaurs are in danger! Collect the eggs to save them.

Run: Left + Right
Jump: Space or Up or X or Z

Only tested in latest stable Mac Chrome. On monday I quickly tested on Windows and found that there are lots of issues with the sounds. That's what you get when developing locally with about 0 latency and load times for any assets and no tests. A little too busy at the moment, but I'll try to fix the sounds this week.

Buzzwords, tags, tools etc.: CoffeeScript, JavaScript, Canvas, HTML5, MacVim, Acorn, Bfxr, Picle and some other stuff.

tested in firefox, it never loads the images, just see background and score counter

It works fine for me on Chrome, but yeah the sound is broken. It sounds like a sound effect is playing over and over again, over itself. It gets cacophonous really quickly.

But I actually thought the gameplay was kind of cute. The challenge level is just about right, and it wasn't very frustrating to die. I would have been happy to play a few more screens if you'd put them in. Not bad.

It works fine for me in Firefox.
I thought it was a great concept! Very smooth gameplay.

Thanks for the comments! Sadly, I still haven't had time to fix the loading/sound problems :(

Nice retro-platforming action. Graphics look nice and fun.
Unfortunately like mentioned sound in chrome is pretty broken.

works fine with lastest firefox, IMHO you should work on level design, could be boring after a bit

LOL at the ending. Cute little game! You should keep doing more levels, right now it's kind of short! I liked how you have to be precise on each jump, that added some challenge. I'm using Opera, works great, but no sound at all.

I got all the eggs, but there was a glitch in the last level where you walk under a floating block and just fall in the lava. I too got the sound bug on windows vista-google chrome. On IE it didnt work at all.

This was a well executed game with a few bugs that are understandable given the nature of Ludum Dare. I hope you can create a polished version with additional content, the game didn't quite stand up on the second play through.

Pretty fun little game. Liked that there were multiple levels. Just needs some bug fixes and it's good to go.

Nice game! The buggy sound is a kind of obnoxious though.

It was a bit laggy to me. That tinysaur is cute, especially when he blinks ^__^

Too bad about the sound, but yeah, that's the life of an HTML5 dev :P (I made my entry in HTML5 as well) But everything else seems to work pretty well and it's a decent little game. Thanks for making it!

The audio is super buggy, but I thought that led to an amusing urgency. I think the dinosaur's physics are a bit off-feeling (jumps and falls too fast). I got all the eggs though and had fun!
