April 20th-23rd 2012 :: 10 Year Anniversary! :: Theme: Tiny World
Shrunkit is a game about shrinking and growing objects. You play as a less-than-desirable thief tasked with stealing a prototype shrink ray.
The game can be a little buggy, but there shouldn't be anything game-breaking. You can always restart the level if something goes wrong.
Enjoy! I'd love to know what you think :)
(PS: Sorry about the sound, I am not musically inclined)

Nice! Cool concept - sometimes the boxes were a little bit buggy when growing, but other than that, the mechanic works out very well.
Really dig your core mechanic here and the puzzle design is really solid, especially considering the 48 hours. Great work! I did get frustrated on the first laser stage I kept getting kicked back to the previous puzzle where I would have to redo it. Usually by something pushing me back through the stage entrance. Would love to see more.
One of my favorite games so far. A little buggy (I got stuck in a wall one time), but overall really cool.
Awesome - really like the core mechanic & what you did with it. Favorite of the handful of games I've played so far. Let me know when the retail version comes out :)
Had a few bugs with boxes hot growing after shrinking, but good implementation of the concept.
Cool concept! I liked using the shrink gun. As others have noted, the box growing / shrinking kind of had issues if it was pushed against a wall.
Wow, great job. Amazing graphics, really great mechanic ideas, and they fit the theme quite nicely too! My favorite entry thus far. :)
overall, a really cool game with an interesting mechanic, some problems with some of the levels, and it became frustrating at some points as well. overall though, it was pretty awesome :D
This promised to be a fun game and tbh honest if it had fewer bugs then it probably would be.. Unfortunately I had to quit three times in five minutes due to the player getting stuck in boxes and walls and even pressing R just re-spawned me back where I'd been stuck... On a plus side the graphics are smart and the sound is good, and the actual platforming action seems very smooth.
Heh, my apologies for the buggy restart button. Freaking out with one hour left to submit will do that to a person :)
Thanks for the positive feedback everyone!
You really pyched me out with the logo--I thought you were using GM 6 for a minute.
Bug: If you push the box into the first entranceway, run into the other room, and return, you get stuck in the box every time.
Like the intro! And the hero graphic especially.
Very cool game. One of the best ones I've rated so far :) Don't know how you found time to come up with all the levels!
A very interesting idea.
The box growing/shrinking is somewhat flakey and having to read all the text messages all over again was quite annoying.
Still, solid entry!
Had my 10 year old bro play through the game and suddenly became aware of glaring flaws. I need to have young children test my games more often!
Thanks for the support :)
Just finished the game. Ignore my previous comment... This IS my top game in this LD
Really great concept! Found a lot of glitches but it is a 48 hour game... I hated that every time he talks it stops you from moving. Didn't finish the game but I loved the dynamics with the lights, lasers, and mirrors.
Avast spewed an error at me, then refused to let me download it, so I can't play it. I'll try again later if I remember.

I liked the puzzle aspect a lot, the boxes were a little flakey sometimes though
