Graphics were great - were the little moons/satellites enemies? I wasn't sure whether I was meant to shoot them or not. Advancing the level even if you die was a good idea though. A points tally at the end would have made that system work even better.
Definitly a good start. Good graphics and controls, but still has a while to go.
Er, I think every time I died it went to the next level. Never actually got a game over, but cool enough. :)
I actually thought the movement was a bit sluggish, lots of inertia and fairly slow acceleration (would be easier if I could move sideways), couldn't really dodge attacks.
Good effort, though.
Definitely a good start, now I'm curious to see the extended version. =)
Doesn't work properly in Firefox 11.0 64bit in Linux, No music and sound effects cause it to stutter badly. Runs fine in Opera though.
Didn't realise why the gun would stop working at first, you should mention the energy thing somewhere.
Also getting hit didn't seem to do anything.
Good game.
I liked the graphics and your music as well! I would have liked to be able to get to the sun though. :(
Looove those planet graphics. Lots of nice content here, actually.
It was a bit too easy for me (I got through without dying once), but I'm sure you can address difficulty in the extended version (my suggestion would be to make the "wave" weapon's strength diminish more the more it expands).
Nice job doing this from scratch in javascript/canvas.
Good, but just seemed silly having to dive into the satellites to pass each level, I just ended up skipping everything else.
It became really easy just destroying the satellites (at least I think that's what I did) to end the level and beat the game. Fun though!
Awesome graphics and sound. Keep up the good work and this should be a good game!
Solid game but felt too easy; I beat each level without really knowing what I was doing.
loved the irregular-shaped planets!
the enemies seem to be doing a lot more clever things than make any difference to the gameplay
like the automatic paused state.
I'm find it to easy ( you jsute have to aim the satellit and nothing left matter) but well it was fun! Maybe It will be more interesting with a invincible protection on the Satellite which disappear when you have kill all the enemies...
Thanks for satellite shield idea. This will probably be implemented in extended version.
Great visuals/audio. It was a little too easy to play however. Also, did you know your audio does not loop? (I'm on firefox)
Did not know. Will be fixed in extended version. Actually doesn't loop in Chrome either. I guess we havent played it for eight minutes without reload.
Love the music and the graphics, not a fan of the sound effects. You should actually have a game-over sequence when you die... It makes more sense...
The graphics are nice, and I made it to the "end" but I can't say as I ever really figured out what I was doing. I think just adding clarity to what the user is supposed to do would help tremendously.

Story seemed unfinished because the point was to get energy from the sun, yet you never get to the sun. Graphic were pretty good.
