April 20th-23rd 2012 :: 10 Year Anniversary! :: Theme: Tiny World
So here it is...
In between ingesting huge quantities of chocolate cake and sleeping, I've managed to make something that vaguely passes as a game. Considering this is the first time I've ever used actionscript, I'm rather proud of myself. NOT BAD.
I hope you like it, because I've loved making it!
Get the blue things and avoid the grey things... how hard can it be?

It was easy to play and get into. I liked the pacing, and the concept was fun. My only beef was that it was dizzying.
Fun little game, truly unique gameplay. I really enjoyed myself. The music got irritating after a while though.
I was actually most entertained by the story (though I enjoyed the game too!)
Clever collecting/avoiding game. The fact it happens on a circle is a nice twist (hah, I made a pun!) It was also a touch nauseating.
Good work!
Really fun, I loved how at the end of the story you apologized about it. It was okay! The music was certainly... Frantic, the sound effects and graphics were good though.
Quite a lot of fun, but it got very difficult to tell what was going on, especially when the planet expanded really fast! The story was very funny, as was the title! Well done (and happy 16th birthday!)
A very fun game. Congratulations on your entry, I really enjoy it.
I made my world 280 metres wide. Fun game!!. It would have been good to have a way to know when bombs are near when the world gets big.
Fairly fun game. The bombs seem to take ages to explode once they are on the ground.
I made the world 286m wide and am feeling pretty good about it :)
Cool idea. Simple yet effective game mechanics. I never really managed to jump over much tho, so that particular feature didn't feel that useful to me. Good work!
Nice game concept! Really enjoyed playing it. Had to turn off the music after 1 min though as it was driving me crazy...
A great concept, although the music should be removed entirely. Growing the world was fun and did work well, though.
nice! loved the music! loved way his little arms animate when he moves. loved the way the earth gracefully animates off-screen to keep the player pretty-much centered.
Maybe add some power-ups which could change the music and give abilities, like shields.
Nice game :-)
Well done for your first time using action script.
Some upgrades could make it great.
Your story is great! :D
As for the game, it's quite addicting, just one more try :-). Great simple game!
Definitely a neat idea to have the game take place around the planet. I only feel like the bombs fall a little too fast and the man has a little too much inertia.
The gameplay is nothing new, but the mood (from the randomly? generated in-game music to the self-deprecating intro) did make it memorable. :)

This was quite a bit of fun, even over the music. If the gap was removed from it, I'm sure I'd enjoy it even more than I already have. Quite entertaining and quick, and I laughed at the story.
Only a minor issue with some bombs not dishing out the damage, but I stilled enjoyed it.
