So. what is cooler than being a space giant that punches aliens into planets to make them explode? Not much. Cool concept! Executed well, enjoyed the ending, ohh, those cheeky aliens! With their ever increasing numbers!! Thoroughly Enjoyable and well paced.

would be nice if there was a delay at the end, i didn't get to see the ending screen because i was too frantically pressing space.
Cool but a little hard to control...performance was great even on waves where it's throwing 300 or so enemies at you at once

Awesome game! The sound effects are a bit too loud, so the music disappears

Ok, I won't lie, by the looks of it I didn't have high hopes for this one and the intro/setup/scenario didn't help but this was surprisingly fun :)
Played for a while, was pretty satisfying to smack them around and the drifting between and grabbing onto world felt pretty good.

This game is great in a lot of ways! I like the fast pacing and the humor. Definitely Earth's least likely protector. The controls are so responsive, I didn't figure out that there was gravity and you landed on the planets for a while. I think the mechanics of having to aim jumps from one planet to another would have been interesting. It turned out to be disappointingly effective to just stand in the center of Earth and hold down space, so a little balance there would be cool. Overall a lot of fun!

The simple techniques and functions are often the most addictive to use as is this case with this Alien Punch! I just about wore out my pointer and ring finger moving my hero around the solar system protecting Earth. I would have assigned a different key to the attack function than the space bar and also the Esc key to go back to the opening menu. Other than that Alien Punch! has a lot of character.

Nice, I got a score of 370. It plays much better than it looks :)

Haha, that was funny! I simply stood on earth and held down the spacebar, but it was entertaining enough just to watch.^^

Nice use of physics, and loved the whole tiny Solar System thing going on there. Fun game too, although there was a bit of a way to "cheat" it and once I found that I didn't really play it properly...

Funny idea and the technical side is well executed. But i got to 2350 points just by sitting on earth and doing nothing but mashing the spacebar constantly. That's quite a gameplay flaw. ;)

That's pretty cool. Does it ever end? Or do aliens keep coming forever?
It seems like knocking a UFO into the sun should destroy it.

That was pretty good. I would have LOVED it if the ufos could collide with each other and be destroyed. I think some deeper gameplay than sitting on Earth and holding the spacebar would be great.

Really weird game, in a good way. The gravity was a bit annyoing though, but it being a space giant is always awesome. Good work!

Lovely Intro! The game itself was a bit easy. I was able to camp on the earth and spam shockwaves. But I had a lot of fun.

Interesting concept, I liked how versatile your character was. :3
The only problem I had was that I couldn't see why you would leave the earth. You could just stay there and hold down space and it would seem the most effective way to protect the earth from the aliens.

Innovative gameplay. The intro made me giggle. Unlike some others I liked the graphics, which have a good bit of character and humour to them, and work well in spite of their simplicity.

I like the gameplay idea and it has some fun potential but it doesn't really work in practice. It's too easy to just sit on the earth and spam space. At the same time if you're playing 'properly' it seems rather mean that the earth gets damaged when you touch it, since the game pretty much forces you to hover round earth constantly. I found it difficult to get any control over which direction I sent the aliens :).

The explosion sounds could do with a bit more 'oomph', possibly by overlaying a low- to medium-frequency sine or square wave with a short attack and decay.

Autotracker is really cool but I tend to think that its output requires a lot of work to turn it into something reasonably listenable. I would have preferred no music to be honest.

The planets and sun and orbits aren't to scale! The player can survive standing on the surface of the sun! You're messing with my mind!

I loved the art and ambient you gave the game. I felt the gameplay itself could be more tuned (I figured out really late that I myself was colliding and damaging my planet, the controls are difficult, etc.), on the otherside, the minimap, per example, was crucial and quite useful.

I really enjoyed the humor and the silly graphics in this game. I feel there is a good bit of potential with what you have in the game already. It is fun to fly around the solar system, the shockwave is cool to use to deflect ships. I think the biggest two negatives are once you discover the ability to sit on the Earth and spam spacebar. That killed the game for me once I found you could do that. The other was that I could damage the Earth. If you don't let me land on it, I guess that is fine. Anyway, seems with some adjustment to force the player to have to actually fly around and see the solar system and battle by jumping about, it could be tuned up to be quite fun again. Space Giant still cracks me up.

Funny game, well executed.

Ultimately, I just moved my hero to the middle of earth and held down the space bar... which made it pretty mindless though. It would be nice to have it be a little harder/different gameplay then that.

Great humor, sound effects, plot, and love the use of html5.

Great humor, but I didn't enjoy the game that much because there is no strategy in it; just smacking around aliens and that is all. I wish there were more to do.
