April 20th-23rd 2012 :: 10 Year Anniversary! :: Theme: Tiny World
The people of Tinydale live an uneasy existence beneath the giants in the sky. Sure enough - without warning - the giants begin to steal away the Tiny folk in numbers. The village elder knows of a way they might be stopped, if Jack can perform the unthinkable task.
"Jack" is a short platform game based (very loosely) on the English folk tales of Jack the Giant Killer. It was made with Flixel in FlashDevelop, with the help of GIMP, bfxr and FL Studio with Kontakt. Enjoy!

Nice game. I visited the land of cut legs and strange body hair and got lost behind the background image for a while. But the basic idea, graphics and sound are fine.
A little punishment for the player getting hurt would be great.
Had fun. Did manage to go off the screen to the left of the giant at one point, but managed to kill myself and finish it.
I liked the graphics and it was fun to play. How many feet does the giant have :)
Man! This game was really funny and I become a bit nostalgic when I think about the book behind it,used to listen to it when I was little. The theme fits perfectly and the mood is great! Keep up the good work!!
HAHA loved this one! Short but nice. I visited the land of cut legs too :D Well done :)
This was pretty good. I like the intro dialogue, the music and how the music changed once I got the vehicle. Couldn't figure out how to beat the boss and ended up flying over him and into an area I probably wasn't supposed to be in.
Short, but fun (and funny). Couldn't figure out how to beat the boss first time around, but second go gave me the clue I needed. Nice ending too!
Short, simple, but very fun to play. :) Congrats on making such a fun game in 48hrs!
Well of course there's a spaceship. Why, you ask? WELL WHY NOT
I kept trying to find a shoot button when I was in the plane and flew over him to an area I wasn't supposed to be.
I can't hide that I laughed at how the poor giant was defeated. xD
and although I appreciated the checkpoints, this game could benefit from health/lives.

Yay Paul, this is really neat/funny/awesome.
The boss stopped me in my tracks for a bit (flew over him trying to figure it out). Then it clicked!
Liked the pythonesque limbs, and the music too.
