I got to the under water room, went to a red ball that said 'press me' and couldn't do anything. Tried clicking it, pushing X etc. Otherwise great job, man!
@murilo: actually the door is at the start if you watch closely.. if the button stops saying "press me" then you already pressed it =)
@shieldofvalour && @stromchin: yeah sorry, i accidentally moved the dropbox folder for a second there =/ my bad
@SidetrackGames: thanks man =) yeah, my gameplay was a bit rushed, and i was focusing a bit on the narrative, but i appreciate the compliment =)
Loved the narrative aspect! The ending was a bit unexpected, but then again I guess it allows for expanding upon it later, so it was probably a good call leaving it like that and not going for an abrupt nonsensical ending just for the sake of having one. Good job! I love the pixelated graphics and the consistent look of the game. Controls could've been a bit tighter, specially in the second level (got a bit frustrated there), but it was a generally good experience overall :D
I like the way you concived the theme and I also like the raging storm outside. On the other hand, physics of boxes is not always very realistic, which can cause a funny situations for me as a judge, but not for me as a player.
I fell off the map when it turns sideways.
But I was really taken in by the atmosphere created by the storm, the text and the accompanying metaphors in the levels.
Was fearing a 'shock' horror game when I opened the first door. Was constantly ill at ease.
Nice work.
I also liked the pixel graphics. The main character was cute.
Despite the slow character movements it was actually interesting enough to get me the whole way through the game. I wish there was more to the narrative but given the time constraint it's understandable. I hope this gets fleshed out more! :D
I too fell through the world when the one room turned sideways. I was really enjoying the game too! I did decide to go back and try that room again and I'm glad I made it through... though I almost fell through the floor a second time.
I really enjoy the text treatment you've got here, and the way it fades in and out as you travel. It's very evocative of the mood.
As far as criticisms go, I think that Unity's ice physics make the crates feel a little too "slidey".
Pretty good atmosphere! I had a hard time getting far though!
Love the atmosphere and sounds. The controls are a bit sloppy sometimes, but overall a great entry. Thanks!
By the way, what did you use for 2D sprites? Orthello2D? RagePixel?
RagePixel, but had troubles with it, so i had to dig through code a bit to modify stuff i didnt like. =)
Interesting. Like how the sound effects pan and the general mood is cool.
The mood is fantastic. I like the soothing sound of the rain, as well.
This game is a bit rough in term of gameplay, And I could not appreciate the story because of that. For exemplen, the "push the button then come back to the door" is a bit frustrating because you don't understand well that the button has been pushed.
Besides, the game has a nice atmosphere. Good work on sounds.
Thanks for the game =)

A little slow pacing, but very cool :)
