Tiny Worlds
The objective of the game is to score as much points as possible by shooting a bomb at other worlds. However, you can use gravity to increase your score.
But watch out! hitting your own planet could be disastrous!
Tools I used:-

Game is compiled into a Runnable JAR, so it should work on all platforms
Final Notes
------------
This is my first Ludum Dare attempt, and I found it very exciting.
I spent a total 23 hours developing the game, with 2 hours of those in a panic stage where I had no ideas for the theme.
Good Luck Everyone!

It seems some planets have higher gravity than others but there is no visual indicators of that!
Thanks everyone!
Regarding the gravity.... they all have the same gravity, its just the distance from each other that effects the bomb the most. Didn't think about a visual indicator until after I submitted... ohwell
Really fun game once you get into it, nice mechanics at play here, runs well, matching sound effects, really enjoyed playing it!
Very cool! I like idea of using gravity to control the shot! everything is great, except I think the graphics could use a little work. Other than that I really like this game!
This was pretty fun, I really liked the mechanic that the longer your ammo stays in the air, the more damage it does and more points it gives. Very nice job!
I liked the idea, and it was really neat trying to get the shots onto good trajectories. The graphics were nice too, I liked the kind of dynamic look they gave to the targets. It's like I was destroying a real world!
Great graphics and audio, nice presentation all around. Nice mechanics too, found it a little tricky but great once I got the hang of it
Great ideas are simple, and your game is a perfect example of that. It would be even better if the camera followed the cannonball, and maybe if you could have levels where the planets move around. The graphics do their job, I really like how the weather changes on the planets. This game has a great potential as a tablet / phone game. Well done!
Congrats!
I actually didn't expect much after the first few shots, but planets, that are farther away pose quite a challenge.
Well done!
Thanks for all the kind words everyone. I really appreciate it

Quite an interesting game. Simple, but it kept me occupied for at least 15 minutes, trying to get higher and higher scores.
