by SuperDisk - 48 Hour Compo Entry

Hurrah, it's done! It's quite a bit like SimCity, and it's somewhat fun to fill up the whole island with civilization. Sadly, I had to cut out some cool stuff though, like Civilians that walked around the map on roads and stuff. The code's still in the game, but it had to be chucked because it laginized the game too much. Also, if you look at the source code, it's a total pile of rubbish because I was in a mega rush. So please don't kill me because I have a module called 'Glove' that was a misspelled 'Globe'. :D

Quite fun … but what is cobblestone for?

The cobblestone was meant to be a thing that the civilians would go collect to get minerals and stuff to build other things. But I had to chuck civilians, so in turn, cobblestone is unused and unplacable.

While not really all that complicated, it's pretty fun nonetheless. The audio's pretty nice for this type of game.

Just to warn you, I had some connection issues getting the windows package, although I was able to download it on the second attempt. The PlayGame shortcut is also pointing at the wrong (likely fixed) location, although I found the batch file easily enough.

Repackaging the zipfile is probably (almost certainly) okay within the rules (not changing the source), although you may want to double-check.

Sorry for the problems. The file's hosted on this bogged down server that's hosting a bunch of other stuff, so I don't really know what I can do about that. Thanks for the feedback though.
