Mr Booo!

Finally it's done :)!

I am happy to bring you my first plateformer even if things didn't go as fast as i wanted.. Making the graphics took my hours, even if they are basic >_<.

For the tools i used:
Flixel for AS3 code, which was really helpfull for tilemaps.
Tiled to create the levels.
Graphic's Gale to do the sprites.
Bfxr for sounds and Audacity for encoding.

This version contains only 3 levels on the 10 i planned.. so level 3 is really hard to compensate xD! I hope i'll do more next time.

I like this game. The supermeatboyish difficulty makes it feel a lot longer than it actually is. The graphics are also freat.

Very simple gameplay but I think it gives the game some charm. I like the concept, but I think you need to make the hitboxes a bit smaller. In level 3 I kept dieing even though on the screen it didn't even look like I had touched anybody. Better to give the player the benefit of the doubt!

Hey this is good! You need a better collision detection though.

Level 3 was easy. 1 and 2 are nothing. :)

Indeed collision detection should be improved. I'll work on this next time.

@rawbits I'll make a nightmare level for you in my next game :p

hitbox is way too large (bigger than the player!?). The graphics are clean and pleasant, and the jumping feels good.

The hitbox is too large. You dont't need complexe collision detection, just a point for the hero should be enough, it will give the player the feeling of dodging like true agoraphobic ninja ! The hours you spent on graphics are fruitful !
