I made it! Good game, overall. Concise, and easy to get into. Looks pretty slick too. There wasn't much challenge or player choice, but it was fun to play with nevertheless. I liked that you could run out of fuel and still coast slowly onto the refueller (sort of a second chance).
Might be fun to reduce gravity a bit so you don't stick to the ground (e.g. allow jumps off ramps with enough momentum)
Nice work!
Fun!
Unfortunately, "always hold the right arrow" seemed to be the answer 90% of the time -- you don't really coast fast enough downhill for it to be worth "saving fuel" that way -- since it takes a looong time to coast anywhere, you're still burning a lot of gas, AND you're making it less likely that you'll make it over the next hill.
I liked the mechanic, though, and it's some nice, clean and stylish art!
Thanks for the feedback. I ended up turning to level design with only a couple hours left, and realized I should have started that much earlier. I started creating a longer level 3, but without a couple more gameplay pieces (like jumping or ability to save fuel more effectively) it just felt repetitive.
Cool, sort of trippy visual style. The main gameplay mechanic took a little while to 'click' with me, but I was sort of getting into it by the end. As someone else mentioned, it does seem like holding right seems to be to solution most of the time.
@Pierrec, possibly your video card isn't doesn't support WebGL yet. Does this Google demo load for you?

Really nice graphics. Loved the background :). Also it is a good concept, but it can be easily expanded, as suggested in the comments :P. Unfortunately the game was small, hope to see a great game built from this :D
