December 16th-19th 2011 :: Theme: Alone
My first Ludum Dare game. Twas fun, and I'll expand the game after this. Story Driven game so read the text....and don't get too lonely. Is the entry a winner? Probably not...but it was still fun to make and I am going to do some serious upgrading of graphics and gameplay with my partner(graphics artists) to turn this into a really cool game later.

Congrats on your first Dare, Lolnut. :)
As for art: I liked your sketchy game graphics--they really add a lot of personality to the game. But the blue in-game background did kind of clashed with the title screen (which suggested space) and a sketchy hand-drawn font choice would have been perfect fit for your style.
There's not much to do in the game, but I still liked the mood. :) With a bit of polish, this could be really cool.
Thanks for the criticism! Aaron especially. I totally agree it was boring. I pulled some features I thought I couldn't get done in time, out. Ill probably continue it later....but it will be a much different game that doesn't quite capture the mood of alone, but makes things much funner.
I like the way of movement and especially your graphics. Theme is also done really well. Did you make that music yourself?
I think I'm done with the game when finding all 3 locations? (also easteregg ^^)
:)
I loved the music.
Was a bit too easy to get lost in the left side, which is tricky to get out of.

This game is boring, but it uses the theme well and does create a mood. Also: NYAN!
