December 16th-19th 2011 :: Theme: Alone
Firstly, thanks for visiting my submission. I'll tell you now: it's incomplete. There's no sound for starters, but that is I *think* the only glaring omission. It should play fine, if a little 'empty'.
(yay the website is working again) My original plans for this were to have multiple rooms with bonuses to speed and assorted other effects that could help you shred your living environment. The source contains a lot of work toward this, but the ever-looming deadline forced me to make a decision. One room it it is.
I'm not sure what to think of the 'Alone' theme. On the one hand it's very open to interpretation (including a favourite I learn: "a loan") which encourages ideas, but on the other hand it's somewhat...uninspiring. I guess I like my themes narrowed down a little. And with guns!

Ack, I'm sorry! You're totally right, the URLs needed http:// before them. It's what happens when you submit 7 minutes before the original deadline! :D
Apologies.
That's a pretty sweet interpretation of the theme. Congrats!
Great take on the theme, indeed! I wish I could skip the introduction, as it is as long as the game itself! With some scratching sounds and a meow or two, this would be a good mini-game.
WAY too little time to play this game, I managed to beat up a plant and that was it xD the cat moves sooooo sloooooow too
He does move quite slow but he's only little! The dining room (which was to be to the right of the room you enter) would have contained a speed powerup though.

Needs a link to play it. You may have forgotten to add http:// before the link.
