My submission for LudumDare 21 is ' Bob's Escape ' and it took me less than 30 hours to make all assets and code. I am quite proud of this as it is my first game and I wanted to make a strange game with a twisted ending. Well, I hope you are all happy with it and well... Here it is!

Thanks for feedback! I may add more levels at most but because of the rush, my code is messy, so I doubt I will be making a full game from it! :P
i tried to rush through this because it looked so simple, but i died a million times. I like the cuteness of the enemies. the hint system with the little signposts is good, the tips pop up at just the right time. other games get frustrating when there is no obvious point to jump to.
The physics feels a bit sluggish but overall a well done first entry!
Quite well done, wrapping mechanic is nice. Graphics seem a little.. square. Big elements are mixed with little ones (mushroom thing head vs their spikes), which looks odd. Sliding platforms are working solid. Music gets repetitive and needs to not restart at death. Collisions do have minor glitches.
Games with wrap around mechanics tend to focus on them, this instead uses it to complement everything else, which is a plus.
Also I like that I don't have to push more buttons to read the helps signs.
I really liked your music (for the first 5 minutes), if you could develop it a bit further into a 1 minute clip, it would be great.
The wrapping was really something, and the level design was pretty good. Good game chap!
I really like this one. I think of this as the "perfect" first-time entry. Everything you expect to see in a good, finished game is there. The graphics, the music, the levels - nothing is extraordinary but they all come together to really get the job done. The gameplay seems well-polished to me and it's very rewarding to stomp your enemies and bounce off a little.
I felt like you spent your 30hrs very well and put just the right amount of polish where it needed to go.
Thanks guys, your feedback all makes me happy!
I am developing this game further and adding TONS more features. If you do care to see progress, add '@Tainted_Code' on Twitter :)
Thanks again!
Very nice platformer with a twist and a good pace. The graphics could need some improvement (but not much), but the music is cool. I don't think I would have implemented an ending like this, though. ;-)

Game basics feel a little like SMB but the levels make it a bit more original. It would be interesting to see it evolve further, maybe with more different types of terrain and monsters
