Free Bee - seism - 48 Hour Competition Entry

Use your mouse to grab a cube of sugar and guide all the bees out through the nearest exit. But be quick ... time's running out!

Tools used: HTML5 canvas + JavaScript, Inkscape, Komodo Edit, Professor Cloud's SVG converter, Chrome and Firefox all running on Arch Linux. Background photos taken in the garden and converted using the GIMP editor.

Please see comments in source for additional credits. The game design, code and art were created on my own.

Looking forward to your feedback, suggestions and forks! Did you manage to complete the game? Get at least 500 points? Too easy, hard, any other issues? Let me know in the comments below.

It's a bit glitchy, but I found if you do a sort of swirly motion, you can move the bees pretty easily. Very nice, all in all.

576 and won on first try, but when I tried to do better I kept losing. Bees are frustrating critters, aren't they?
