When you finish level 4, you'll be returned to the first level. There is no escape.

Some fun gameplay, and nice graphics.

As said by the others, it's really short, but add lots more levels and it'll be much better. I would also recommend displaying text only once; when I backtracked the text displayed again (I'm not talking about the game restarting either).

Needs moar levels! also, a winning condition. I believe all games should have a failure and a winning condition, otherwise they are interactive stories. Not that this is necessarily a bad thing, but this game is too short to qualify as an interactive story.

Graphics are nice, and so is the level design. I think there is only one sound though, the sound of the spikes coming up? That bit on the last level is a bit evil, i crapped myself running in a circle to avoid being skewered.

Nice, the only thing lacking is the length...

Though i like the idea of a game that loops, especially if you're going for 'no escape'

Spike traps are only intimidating once, as are the guards. Though I admit I run into the one in the first level twice. Would have preferred an escape wall-o-text to simply returning to the beginning.

Very nice, consistent graphics, but yeah, the game is too short. Of course complaining that it's too short only means that the game is also playable and fun. :) Very good entry.
