UpRunner

Edit: For future reference, I'm horribly disappointed in this game. It taught me to never try and half ass things. I hope it does badly in judging.

The fixed version was originally created within the submission time, but I wasn't sure, so it's separate. It contains lag fixes, changes to enemy spawning, and the laser now actually works!

UpRunner is a climb the tower platformer, where you have to escape death by way of giant spinning spikes. The tower is randomly generated, and contains rockets and lasers to hinder you. There is currently no endgame, aside from getting a 7 digit score. Go climb!

Cool game! It's slightly buggy, but the rockets and lasers are pretty nice and I love the running animation. Makes me wish I'd added guns to my own entry.

I liked it, although on my first playthrough I only got one laser and it didn't manage to even hit me. I like how the little dude's legs spin as he runs. Climbing to escape spinning blades is also quite fun.

I love the ledge grabbing feature, and the random teleporting makes for unique gameplay! I also like the part when I win and it says 'unknown variable y'. This game is the best! :D

The little dude's got an eyepatch. Sweet.
Made it to 250 something before it generated platforms I couldn't jump to.
Solid effort!

I love tower climbing games. So addicting. They are probably my favorite genre. This one was good too - my biggest complaint was that the jump felt a little float-y and that sometimes you just couldn't escape because there were no platforms to jump to, but those are mostly me nit-picking.
