Competition information for Ludum Dare 15, held August 28th-30th weekend in 2009.
The theme for Ludum Dare 15 was Caverns. Ludum Dare 15 had 144 entries.
Historically speaking, this was our first competition with the brand new submission system, a rudimentary compo website redesign (with logo), as well as a keynote.
Stay tuned for Ludum Dare 16, coming December 2009.

Controls very smoothly.

A Windows build! Yes!
Not bad. Nice advancing wall of doom there.
The tile rumbling gives it a great sense of urgency.

It's an advancing wall of doom! How nostalgic!

Tile rumbling is great :)
The end screen is also nice.

Thanks for the Windows binary.
This entry would've been fitting for "Advancing Wall of Doom" as well ;)
I like the tile shake effect, but the rightmost screen is nasty *squish*

I would have given 5/5 for theme if this were Advancing Wall of Doom. The effect is nicely done, the text resolution was so low that I'm not sure what my score was, I think 880.

This is either so-so fun and easy if you just try to escape from the wall (and end up crashed in the end anyway), or pretty fun and very hard when you try to get as many points as possible. I'd say it's a good game. That tile shake thing makes it look like there's a heat wave coming after you.

Pretty fun. The no-win situation is a bit disappointing.
The wobbly graphics were a bit odd. Seemed more under water than earthquake like.

I'm not sure what I was collecting and the text was really hard to read, but I had to give this one several tries! Nice job!

Advancing wall of dooooom! This was quite fun. I could see it being very competitive if you had leaderboards.

Pretty nice, but when the game ends, the window flickers and I have to close it to play again. :-(
Still, rather fun, and a pretty well-made game. I like the tile-shaking.

Interesting for a few minutes, good for a quick 'how many points can I get' round. Could use variation in level design, items to collect with varying values.

Pretty fun and tense little arcade game. I find it disturbing yet compelling how all the tiles jiggle like some demonic dirty jello.
Wish it had leaderboards but anyway my first run I got 502 and my second 690.
Does the dude always die at the end? Fairly morbid... ;)
Oh and I see others talking about the Advancing Wall of Doom. Well, at least it still feels like running through a collapsing cavern too but you definitely should of been in that LD14 with this... :)

Very nice little game completely polished. I really liked the graphic effect of the wall.
I enjoyed the lesson that greediness always leads to selfdestruction.

Advancing wall of Doom! Huzzah.

It would have been nice if the cave was collapsing instead of a wall of doom..:)

I really like this game. "Advancing wall of doom" meets "Cavern" :D
The faint shimmering of the tiles makes it seem like the air is hot, would've worked even better with a lava wall chasing the player I think.
Well done! :)
