I went to go check up on comments for my game, to find that my entry disappeared. Wonderful! Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

Run is finished.

‘Run': Progress Report 2

Run is nearing completion. It’s feeling like a good, polished game. This screenshot does it no justice.

I have reached a milestone.

You can jump and duck! Hurrah!

Yeah, that’s all I really have. Next up is letting you progress to more levels, and general fanciness. Currently, losing just restarts the level instead of exploding into gooey goodness.

This game currently lacks any interactivity.

About 30 minutes of progress. I’m making one of those games where you’re always running, and you can only jump and duck, because I’ve always wanted to.

The plan.

I’ve already made a game in this theme for another contest, so I’ll try and do something more innovative, driven by the theme rather than by desired outcome. So, as a restatement:
I’m using GameMaker8 Professional, SFXR, Paint.net, and Sonar8 for coding, sounds, graphics, and music (respectively). I’ll be brainstorming ideas in bed, and I’ve got a few ideas already floating around as I type this. Here’s to a FANTASTIC AND OUTSTANDING contest!

Totally in LD19.

Totally doing this thing. Using GameMaker8, SFXR, possibly Paint.net, and possibly Sonar 8. May include wheelchairs. Short sentences.

I suggested redundancy. Also, I suggested redundancy. :D :D

I’m just hoping that this being the week before semester finals wont slow me down. D:
