I’m in!

This will be my fourth LD. I’m currently marathon training, and my long runs are scheduled for weekends. So I’m not sure how much time I’ll have to actively work on the game. At least I’ll have a large chunk of time while running to think about it!

Because of the time restriction, I’ll be sticking with Pico-8 for my development tools. It’s the easiest way to get something up and running for me.

This will be my fourth time joining Ludum Dare (hopefully the third time I submit a game at the end). Depending on the theme, I will either be using crafty.js, pico-8, or Xcode & Swift to make my game!

This will be my second Ludum Dare. Had a lot of fun and learned a lot from the last one, so why not give it another go.

Edit: Just saw @DarkMeatGames Voxwell was available to LD29 participants. Looks like I’m swapping out Crafty.js with Unity!

I’ve long looked at the Ludum Dare competition and thought it’d be fun, but I never thought I could pull it off.  Well, this time I’m going to give it a go and see if I can’t make something.


I created a nice little skeleton using Crafty JS that’ll be my starting point:
