Just wasted 1/2 hour on browser being zoomed and thinking mouse offset was a newly created bug:D

SPEISMÅNSTER is getting close to done!

  • Sounds: Big fat check
  • Tired and ranting on the internet: Check
  • Music: I don’t have time for this, better get going….

I’m very exited to attend my first LD and hopefully complete my first game.

My strategy is to prepare menus, some sort of primitive shape-factory, level-loading and input system before the competition starts. If the theme fits, it will be a construction game, where you draw/place objects to help you complete levels. I’ll might “cheat” a bit and prepare a generic object construction system in advance.

Any tips on preparations for a noob? I’m worried I’ll be stuck doing stuff that I should have done before the competition starts.
