Any suggestions for making bigger and lighter gif-s from a video in ubuntu?
Basic mechanics is done. Now it’s time for modelling.
I guess it will be scroll shooter by the end.
This time I’m using three.js.
This is my third ld. For previous two I made very bad games. This time I will try to make something simple and because I’m a bad programmer I’ll be using pixi.js. This thing uses webgl for rendering and even if I wrote some sh*tty code, game (probably) still will be work fast. Here I started experimenting with clouds.
Good luck to everyone! Can’t wait to see your awesome games.
Potato, of course
Almost 60% of the game is done. Here’s screenshot.
This time I will write something playable and containing more than 2 levels.
Still will be using some javascript framework (craftyjs I guess).
I guess, next time I will need to learn something before start.
So, at this moment game has titlescreen, one level and some fancy “complete” screen. It also has some ugly mechanic and graphical flaws (I guess, I cannot into LimeJS ).
Of course no one’s get amazed that this thing works under both ios and android phones. But that ‘s make me proud of myself because it’s my first game project.
Here‘s the unfinished game.
I’m really proud of myself because I’m thinking this is going to be the first game I actually made
