Hi everyone.

Hope you had a great time! I sure as hell did.. I only had the whole saturday and a couple of hours on sunday, but I still managed to piece together a playable concept. This is my math puzzle game, with pedagogy in mind.

Would sure be nice to pay some more attention on level design (and nicer shaders/materials for sure), but that’s life for a ludumer… Post work will probably happen, but will start from scratch as this worked as a great proof of concept for me. Iterative design FTW!

Now I’m off to play some ludum games, hope you will play mine.

This is going to be hard, only got saturday and I usually find it hard to finish.
I’m really happy about the theme though!

I’m going to use Unity3D for this one.

Recorded some gameplay. Game still is a bit glitchy but that’s what I get for my choices I guess…
I will probably write a postportem in a couple of days, but for now I’ll continue to play all the amazing games everybody has created!

It’s going to be my third time or so, will probably stay up for the theme to be revealed and then sleep on it.

Going Unity this year, will probably bite me in the ass since I’m not yet fluent in the ways of Unity3D.

Mosty placeholders when it comes to graphics, but the logic works! Needs tweaking, minor gameplay changes and balancing in order to achieve the desired gameplay. Oh, and a propper UI/HUD.. But things are running slow here now, tired eyes…

Who can save the civilization of the ..unknown people?

Still no gameplay and work, more of a proof of concept. Will continue on gameplay, sounds and graphics before sophisticating the code and mainly collisions.

The problem is that I’m short on time so limitations will be lots and lots.

Still working hard though. :)

After a good nights sleep after waiting for the theme to be announced (03:00 local) I’ve got an initial idea for first iteration. Got some more stuff considering gameplay but it will let it cook in my brain for a while. Will start coding the general functionality now. Avast!

First timer here, I’ve thought about doing this for ages and now it’s time. Got some tools ready and my post-its prepared, this is going to be sweet!

  • Language: AS
  • Engine: Flixel
  • Graphics: Probably Photoshop
  • Music: Not decided yet
  • SFX: No idea, maybe sfxr.
