I don’t feel like I am a good enough programmer. I mean I am at a point where I can pretty much make an algorithm for whatever I can think of. But when it comes to coding that, I can’t. this ludum dare was a good example of that. It taught me how inexperienced I am. In 48 hours, I was only able to get a room simulation running and that’s it. I procrastinated a lot. My idea was not that great and the execution of that idea was… Not enough to make a good game.
So overall, this could be the worst jam for me. But I have seen other games. You guys did an amazing job, like always. Being in here, jamming with you all gives me insight, inspiration… Everyone is really creative here. I mean I have seen so many good games that I couldn’t have think at all.
I would like to say thank you for being here in this jam all the way through. I love how everyone in this community is helpful to each other. It’s like we are improving together and hopefully we’ll do better each time.
Anyway, I’m getting ahead of myself. Hope you all had fun for the compo and congrats for finishing it in time
Also, my game is here, if anyone is interested to look at a teen simulator 😛
Hopefully, this jam was enlightening for you all See you in the next one!
