No Turning Back

With two hours to spare I have completed my entry to Ludum Dare 35 Compo!

No Turning Back is a very brief, simple, and easy “puzzle” game with shifting levels. Not the most original, but I’m happy with my execution.

Mini post-mordem: the reason the levels are so easy is due to a limitation imposed by my programming. Lesson learned: design the game before coding the complicated core mechanic…

Anyway, you can play and vote on No Turning Back here.

…or you can look at my other stuff: ( twitter | itch )

Thanks for reading / playing!

This is going to be my second Ludum Dare

I’ll be using Unity3D or Love2D, Blender, Paint.net, GIMP, Atom, Git, and Bfxr.

Previous entry: LD34

I will (as usual) be live-tweeting development here; feel free to follow me for the occasional gif or screenshot of whatever I’m working on!

Hey I’m livingHamburger and I am in for LD34! This is my first jam and I’m not yet sure if I want to shoot for a compo entry. Depending on the theme and what ideas I come up with I will either make a 2D game in Lua using LOVE2D or a 3D game using Unity.

Software:

  • Visual Studio 2015 / Visual Studio Code
  • paint.net / mtPaint
  • Blender

Twitter: @livingHamburger

I attend school at George Mason University so if you’re meeting there for the Jam I will be there!
