Here’s us, hoping to finish and beyond!
Hi everyone, we are in this time for the jam and our tools are:
- Unity for the engine
- Illustrator for the graphics
- Figure for the music/sounds
we already have a few ideas floating around, let’s see what works:
- Fight angry blobs by spreading infectious happines
- Conquer territory with your trusty concert posters and win the crowd
- Destroy your enemies with body fluids.
Fun!
@mandelcat, here!
Here is our submission! Almost did not make it! We always try and tackle a new feature to learn, or a new concept to develop in our jams. We are actually surprised we finished, considering the planning/balancing of this kind of games is very time consuming. We had a blast, and Unity UI in 4.6 is all kinds of amazing and messing around with it was such a breeze I want to hug everything and everyone in my path.
Some visuals and stuffs. Please don’t forget to rate!
Balancing, balancing, balancing!
We might not make it Nevertheless, we have had so much fun with Unity 4.6 and its beta-ness. UI is fantastic!
Here I’m doing some testing and balancing and changing stuff and values and percentages and – we have no idea what we are doing 😀 first time doing time-management game, so it is not really T-M anymore, it is sort of strategy… so, yeah. It is what it is! Connect the worlds through social media… one planet at a time…
We need a nap D:
Playing with layout/GUI
Soooooo while @aviladotandres codes codes codes codes codes, I am stuck with draw draw draw draw draw
Some progress pics? Sorta? No sure yet? :S We are rooting for a time-management-ish game, but who knows!
zzzzzzzzzzz soon 8(
Hello! This is @mandelcat reporting for duty for the third jam in a row 😀
@aviladotandres and I will def enter the Jam, fresh (and sooooo tiiired) from Unite 2014! We are excited, and can’t wait for the theme to be announced.
Our tools (so far):
– Coffee
– Unity
– Adobe CC
– And a new toy, maybe…?
@aviladotandres will log in later and maybe add to the list. He makes some awesome tunes (when we have time!) so he knows his way around that better than I do!
Have fun, everyone
Our LD 28 submission is now available for iOS!
Almost didn’t make it!
By the end we had issues with the text bleeding off their boxes and characters shrinking but we made it!
A detective following the trail of video game bodies in search of a mastermind. Beneath the surface!

Hey, there!
We are back for our second Ludum Dare Jam! Same 2-person team, same procrastination, same looooong brainstorming process and cheetos and coffee, and so we are LATE! The theme was a bit hard on us, but that’s alright, we like challenges.
Here are some progress pics. We are working on something that is taking shape as we develop/draw so it is hard to say what it is about. All we can say is, the truth is beneath the surface. It’s a bit of a parody, a bit of an interactive story, a bit silly, but fun! We are also learning a lot! And hey, I’ve never done pixel art before. And I’m damn proud of my little pixel guy!!! 😀
More to come! Good luck to everyone! 😀
Our submission is now available for Mac, Windows and Linux. I remember back in the days when Linux gaming was made up of TuxRacer and Unreal Tournament. So happy to be able to support Linux so easily now!

Debug:Log(Player has enraged alien civilization!)
The cast is slowly arriving
Catty, Beary, Floppy, Mohie, Mustachio, Rabbie, Tuftie, Tuxie and Ladie arrived with their Posse and celebrity demands. Just in time for #ScreenshotSaturday.
- Finished writing the director class that manages and preps the scenes
- tweaked pop up behavior
- window reservation works better than OpenTable
Our artist just discovered that icon called AfterEffects and is flipping out.
It seems like we have a background!
It round, round, round the world
Creature Diplomacy!
This is our first time doing the jam. Our two person team is composed of a Unity developer and a digital artist. Our plan so far is
- Day 1: Watch That 70’s Show until an idea magically appears
- Day 2: Draw, draw, draw, panic, panic, panic. Maybe code.
- Day 3: tweak and contemplate all the bad choices I’ve made in life.
So far it seems our idea boils down to:
- A point and click game in which you can only feed one treat each creature under your care once. Remembering which have already been fed is the challenge. These creatures are obsessively equalitarian and get mad if anyone gets more than their fair share.
We’ll be using Unity, Adobe CC, cfxr and Garageband.
