Late but back again

Well, did not have much time to be as prepared as I would like to be but since last time I have written nodejs/v8 bindings for my old code (here). I will try to build an interesting hybrid using Meteor.

Don’t miss this great opportunity..

Hello LD27

I am pretty much unprepared and don’t have my usual resources as LD managed to hit my vacation time yet again :). But this time I have my usual tools and am eager to create something interesting..

Probably going to reuse some base code from both of my previous entries.

Language/IDE: QtCreator with MSVC compiler
Frameworks (depending on what I need): SDL2, OpenGL, Portaudio, Awesomium
Tools: sfxr, atrk, GIMP

Second time for me after doing LD 24 (fun and satisfying weekend). Will have max. 1 1/2 days (including sleep) but will do my best to create something interesting. Some tools I may use if time is sufficient for all..

  • Language: C++
  • IDE: Will give NetBeans a try, QtCreator as a backup solution
  • Libraries: GLFW, physfs, MyGUI (in case of GUI), Bullet (in case of physics)
  • Graphics: GIMP (I suck at graphics)
  • Audio: sfxr, bfxr, atrk+schismtracker (will see what I can throw together)

Fun, here I come

Just decided to take part for the first time some days ago. Not a big fan of the usual kind of competition so this seems to be the right place to be. Also sounds like a lot of fun.

Some tools I probably use:

  • Language: C++ with OpenGL (via SDL)
  • IDE: QtCreator
  • Graphics: GIMP
  • Audio: sfxr/bfxr
  • Music: Rosegarden.. if enough time, some random stuff if not; silence if it fits the gameplay

Also I am more like a code guy and not really used to graphics and audio.. will try to cope with that with game mechanics.

Initial development will happen using/for Linux, will port to Windows later if I get C++11 to compile there.
