Forever Alone / Progress Report

After 8 hours of work, I got a part of the gfx done (procedural textures, yay). Not much gameplay yet, but, well, you can walk around and stuff.

The premise of the game is that you keep finding yourself in situations where your loved ones only have 10 seconds to live. You have to try to help them avoid any dangers within those 10 seconds in order to save them. Actually, there’s quite a story involved and I’m a little proud of (what is going to be (once I get around actually implementing it)) the narration. We’ll see how it turns out, I guess…

I’m starting right now, and guess what? Taking a shower right after getting the theme was a great idea. 😉

I’ve got a promising concept and 42 hours of fun ahead of me. Best possible way to spend a weekend.

360 – Gravity based Puzzle Platformer

I just finished my game 360. It’s a minimalistic and more or less usual plaformer that involves gravity manipulation.

Due to me being a little stupid I had to finish the development of this game in less than 12 hours. But I still like the result. :)

It’s very accessible, kind of fun and doesn’t require an installation. Unfortunately it runs only on Windows (Dx9.0c) though.
