*insert I’m In posting*
and I want to sharpen my Unity skills again
Have fun everyone!
Just woke up (8 o’ clock here in Germany), got an idea, and am ready to go!
I’ll be using Flash + Starling, Paint.NET, and Red Bull to stay awake, I guess 😀
Have fun and good luck everyone!
Deadly Roads: gamejolt quick stats
Monday, May 4th, 2015 2:56 pmI’m happy to say that my LD game Deadly Roads has reached 1000 views and 500 plays on GameJolt (yayyyyy *doing a little dance*)
I’m also not at the point yet where I want to write a post-mortem, because I’m currently working on a post-compo version of the game. For over a week now, I’ve been reducing draw calls, optimizing scripts and modifying many thingies so that it runs smooth on a mobile device. As a little hint to fellow Unity devs: optimizing for Android stinks 😀 Make gameobject pools right from the beginning
Here’s a sneak preview of my post-compo 😉
Entered my game earlier than expected, and what’s really strange is that my game is hardby 1 MB 😀 Unity? No joke, it’s 697 KB
So to everyone who’s still coding: Good luck, keep going, and if you have the time, smell the unicorn farts in my game 😉
No joke, I have farting unicorns 😀

October challenge completed!
Friday, November 21st, 2014 10:24 amZoom In 1 Word has officially finished the October Challenge 2014 successfully!
As you can see in the image, this months totals has exceeded 1 USD! Yayyy! And it ‘only’ took 20 days :v
On a side note: iAds suck 😀 I made two other games in the meantime, selling them for $0.99 each, and both made more than this game already 😉
If you wanna check it out, it’s available in the Apple App Store (iPad & iPhone), and it’s free. For more info, see my October challenge entry http://ludumdare.com/compo/october-challenge-2014/?action=preview&uid=717
Now just a few more months and I can finally buy a hotdog with my money! 😀
Intro Level Is FINALLY finished!
Sunday, August 24th, 2014 1:12 amIntro level is coming soon! Only missing the rest o.O
Saturday, August 23rd, 2014 11:30 am
Now since I tried playing around with perspective a bit, I’ve got to say: kudos to USTWO . this isn’t easy, this stuff REALLY isn’t easy o.O
or maybe I just suck at Unity 😀 the code is a mess
Feeling like crap, but not because the game is crap (not that great, but also not crap IMO), but because I somehow managed to get sick. Yay. Not. Will post a post-mortem later, but for now, it’s time to go to bed early
Have fun everyone!
Tired. Unity …. annoying … MonoDevelop crashing …. had bugs … don’t use Animators with Rigidbody2D when you want to animate the whole GameObject…
