I know it’s a bit crass ,but it’s the last day of voting and my birthday so…
Added a boss character to my Third Person Shooter GhostGun.
I think he kind of rocks (if only for being my first Capital B Boss).
see if you think he rocks, and let me know.
So you, yes , i’m talking to you stalking you ever rising number of votes on your android phone,
now you have no excuse not to give it a second or even a third thought before deeming it not worth it!
Also if you can comment on it that would be, like , the coolest or whatever.
Also Mac, linux and Plenty of more content.
High-school notebook, coming alive .(and remember to dodge with space and a or d)
Inner child Loose
Always the Jam-maiden never the Compo-Bride
Until Today.
Wave based third person shooter with dodging mechanics
I felt inspired by my struggles with the theme to make a game with a non verbal narrative component.
As it turned out it was just as difficult as verbal narrative, or at least needed a lot of work to make a glimmer of my vision (strong word there tho) to become apparent.
So my jam version was bare bones but still pretty (ish). So if you want to know what all this talk was about, test this game and hit me with some feedback.(that narrative component is now in the game)
And as always .
Thanks for playing
The best of lucks to everyone !
May the theme be forever in your favor!
After a lot feedback, I did what none asked for and ported my game to android .
(pick skewing what tangentially related means, and then skewing it a little bit more )
(i also want to stand out more monochrome-san)
Was everybody asking that I made the jumping mechanics more nuanced … well, I did that too.
Did anyone ask for new character animations… not that I can recall, but they are here anyways .
Behold my monstrous creation and tremble (virtual pet + endless runner)
this is my first entry on a mini ludum dare . it taught me a lot about myself. and it’s a bit grim because time ran out for me .

hope you enjoy it !
and for ludum dare 34 .
I’m in.
yushhhhhhhh!
Time to get serious…
Serious fun!
Participating in a ludum Dare has always been a dream of mine .
the positive
I consider the resulting game is nothing more than a gift, and find the value of the experience immeasurable. It’s the shortest jam i have participated in an the assumed pressure does wonders with the creative mind.
that said there was a unexpected fact that hindered the experience for me … power outages caused by heavy rain since Sunday night until Monday.
I could barely upload a version of what i had planed to make. but i did submit a game to ludum dare, and by almighty Miyamoto it exists
.
This post i think is the equivalent of telling the internet the dog ate you homework , the game produced is the equivalent of falling down the stairs, have everybody look at you , you get on your knees, make jazz hands and shout out loud “Ta DaAaa! in a theatrical manner. And i love the experience, just wished i had the chance on blaming unquestionably the lack of polish of my game to my bad planning ( no planning at all)
for a one man team, the resulting game makes me proud. so much indeed i made an android port of it
.
the negative
-No time for Music or any sound whatsoever .
Sorry for taking the post to the whine side!
See you again on Ludum Dare 33!
