Wow is all I can say! This is my second Ludum Dare and it’s certainly not getting any easier!
Started my entry early on Friday. Spent a while getting the isometric engine working and only had Sunday to implement the gameplay, because of this I decided to use Monday too so as to create the best game I could π
I feel like I spent a very long time coding but with a limited if not flawed result. However for my first attempt at an isometric game I think I did quite well. Not using a game library was a challenge but I think it paid off both in the gameplay and my own experience gained in creating the game.

Looking forward to December already! π
Coming along well! An isometric strategy game where you have to build bridges to different isometric ‘worlds’ you get ‘gainz’ the more worlds you link up to!

First ever Ludum Dare entry Coded entirely in javascript no external libraries or game makers were used in the making of this project. Although it’s probably 500x worse than if I had of made it in a game maker.
Hi all, I started the compo late (today) but I’ve made something π
It’s like a tactical shooter; but you only have one bullet! You have to hit the destination block by bouncing off others etc; failiure to do so will result in instant death.
I made it using no libraries (just pure javascript), PAINT.net and everybody’s favourite sfxr
However I can’t procedurally generate levels or anything because then they’d all be impossible/highly easy So i’m making 50 hand- crafted levels ranging from:
Hopefully it’ll all be done by the deadline
Good luck to you all π
