Since i had so much fun on my last LD‘s music, i decided to polish it. So here it is : a take on the gouls and ghost theme.
Hope you like don’t hate it ;p
Quite happy with this one since i got a lot of fun doing it, especially destroying the Gouls & Ghost theme.

Despite illness and suffering from a tiny cold, i made it. Not really happy with the baby but hey, you know, he is ugly but it’s your baby. And trash would be illegal anyway.

Here we go, after 48 hours of trouble and pain in front of a theme wich didn’t inspired me at all, i finally came with a game.
The game is DrOpLeTs, a simple platformer where two droplets got switched from their respective world.
This is the first time i struggle this much on a theme. In fact, it took me more than 24 hours to start on an idea that didn’t entirely satisfied me. So, Here it is, 24 hours left to code a game … And I’m not a coder at all. Decided to use haxeflixel cause it’s (in my opinion) one of the best balance between effectiveness and simplicity. Bugs later, my opinion shifted a little, but hey.
Anyway, i learned a lot during this jam, witch is certainly the most important. This and chocolate.

I don’t think the shape of the level will significantly change from now on so … Here it is, my minimalist approach of a level. I tried my best to give to the map an interesting composition, even if we never see the level from this distance.
