What were the most important metrics in Ludum Dare 23?

I’ve downloaded the page for all contributions to the Ludum Dare 23 compo and imported the listed ranks into a database. Then I made a scatter plot of each metric compared to the overall rank. The results can be found here:

The metrics, in order of decreasing importance, are: fun, mood, graphics, innovation, audio, theme and humor.

This will be my second Ludum Dare compo entry.

Language: JavaScript

IDE: vim + the Chromium console

Graphics: GIMP

Libraries: SoundManager 2, WebGL

Sound: SFXR, MilkyTracker

I’ll be making my first JavaScript/WebGL game for LD23, and will be using some base code: [zip] (SHA-1 226b7cbde736…), [web app]. The base code loads and draws a square texture, and responds to the WASD keys.
