I have the character animated, with his backpack and lute, and he’s able to hit things! It can be a bit glitchy and I’m not sure how to fix it… but hey. Here you go:

My main idea for this jam is to go with music/instruments as my weapon of choice – that’s right, the adventures of a brave bard. Whipping up a quick character rig and should have something to show pretty soon…
For the second Ludum Dare in a row, I’m stuck at school. Buuuut I managed it last time, so why not this time too! I’ll give it a shot. Can’t wait to wake up at and find out the theme!
That’s right, I’m back baby!
Mini LD #58 is going to be an interesting challenge – a well thought out theme with lots of scope. I’ll be using Unity 5 and Inkscape, with creative direction partially from my sister… anyways, here are some initial screenshots:
So far, some graphics, a small amount of gameplay including a lever you can activate!

Linux is here for Fireflies – thanks to everyone who’s played it so far, if there are any problems with the linux build please mention it, it’s my first time so not sure I included everything in the folder!

Yep, I’m done. After around 12 hours of dev time due to school, I have no more time this weekend and so have drawn it to a close, with a bit of a clumsy win condition. But hope people enjoy it!

I’ve had slight issues with time as I’m doing this from school… if only it were next weekend instead!! However that has not stopped me, and a couple of hours into development I’m looking like this:
