Dark Echo – Now on Greenlight!

Back in 2013, I made a game called You Must Escape which came second in LD #26 (Minimalism). I recently quit my job to work on games full time with a friend, and we’ve recently finished it and launched it on both iOS and Android under the name Dark Echo. Since the game was originally built for keyboard controls it makes sense to bring it back to the desktop, so we’ve created a Steam Greenlight page!

The game is already complete and ready to be played with either keyboard or gamepad, all we need now are the votes. If you’d like to see another Ludum Dare game on Steam, please vote for us and spread the word!

Vote for us on Greenlight!

LD #26 Game Finally Finished, Now Available on iOS!

Many Ludum Dares ago, I made a game called You Must Escape which did really well in LD #26 (Minimalism). I recently quit my job to work on games full time with a friend, and the first thing we started working on was moving You Must Escape to mobile. Five months later it is finished, but is now called Dark Echo.

Everything has been remade from scratch in Unity, and it’s gone from 10 levels to 80, with tons of new game mechanics along the way. If you enjoyed the Ludum Dare version, you will enjoy this one even more.

It’s available worldwide right now on iOS (link).

Surf Camp is now available on iOS!

…But it’s not called Surf Camp anymore. It’s called Super Surf Bros!

We had a lot of fun this LD, and we’d really like you to come check out a super polished post-compo version of our game! It’s totally free, and works on all iOS devices (Android coming soon!). New features include a practice mode, head to head versus mode (same device!), and lots more!

Take down the Surf Ace one more time, but this time using your thumbs!
