I’m in with some functional reactive programming

Giving Elm a try for this LD, a completely different paradigm from what I’m used to but functional reactive programming seems very cool in my experiments so far.

Neon Spores, my second Ludum Dare

My first attempt at a Ludum Dare went reasonably well (excepting some mistakes with the rules, woops), and I’m here to make something even better and more rounded.

Neon Spores will be about helping friendly spores to plant and evolve while stopping the evil spores from becoming an infestation and evolving into giant evil things that destroy stuff and whatnot.

Design-wise, it’ll be in neon colours because neon is bitchin.

First day’s work

This is my first Ludum Dare, I’m going for a platformer where you collect tiny worlds with a hoover and have to paint your own platforms.

Your world also gets hoovered up by a dude from a larger world.

Or something like that.
