Abaddon02

Abaddon is the hebrew name for the angel of the abyss in the Bible (apocalypse 9:11). Today this is just my entry for the 38th LudumDare session. I did a paced FPS – a survival game in which you must fight against a horde of mischievous creatures in a little arena (50×50). This game is not suitable for noobs – skill is required :)

FPS in a small world

Posted by

Hi fellows! I am creating a FPS in a small world, trying to do something hard with an interesting behavior for each enemy. As usual, I did a shader to display on screen an aesthetic which could be enjoyable by players. I have a big amount of work to do before to share a first release, but all is cool. I use many scripts which have been coded for different projects – and I plan to include a leaderboard to save players score. I hope that all is fine for you. I wish you the best. Bye ++

13.37

13.37 is a speed-platformer casual game in which you must complete each level in less than 13 seconds and 37 hundredths. Each stage has been splited in levels. Increase your skill to gain time, using powers, avoiding traps… Be the best, saving your records on a leaderboard which gathers all players around the world. Enjoy a 8×8 pixel art aesthetic…

13.37 is on GreenLight – and submission starts bad. Any help from the LD community would be really appreciated. Thank you ++

I didn’t expect that but my ratings are really good. Thank you for your kindness. I received 93 votes – which is my best score (and I rated 165 projects). I started this project using a new shader and I didn’t go wrong – #35 for Graphics and #61 Overall. Now I am working on this project so as to create an interesting puzzle game. Also I am really happy to see that many games from my top 5 are among the best results. As usual, this LudumDare event was great. I wish you the best – my dear fellows. Bye ++

Have you tested my project? If you want to discover my strange room, I invite you to take a look at this game which has been developed using on the camera a new shader – the main idea when I started my project. This is a puzzle game in which you must collect stars in order to increase your capacities to jump, to run, to interact on objects – and more. However, if you don’t like this genre or if you have no time to play, I posted a link to a video. Take a few minutes to see the entire gameplay. I hope that you will like it. Don’t forget to write some feedback. This way I can test your own project. I wish you the best. Have a nice day – and happy holidays everyone ++

My Top 5

I love LudumDare – and I love our community. For this reason, I tested more than 100 games – exactly 116, but I am continuing my travel. Today I would like to write a few lines just to share with you my point of view – a brief top 5 about my favorites games with which I had fun playing them. All is relative – of course, you could have another viewpoint. Share it with us ++

1 – Non Euclidean Room (technically impressive with a strange aesthetic and a great mood).

NonEuclidian

2 – Motu Locus (fun and clever – really addictive with a good pixel art).

MotuLocus

3 – Ernő & Rubï (amazing work on the aesthetic – quiet mood).

Erno

4 – Tangent (Addictive with a cute rabbit – clever).

Tangent

5 – The Wiggle Room (gore – a great deal of irreverence and offbeat humour).

Wiggle

Also you can test my game RoomOne – I wait your feedback.

Don’t forget to write a few words. This way I can test yours too ++

Hi friends! Are you ready for a weird experience? Take a look at my project “RoomOne” in which I use a new effect on the main camera in order to create a strange aesthetic. In fact, I developed this game around this shader which I created recently – almost accidentally :) Also I did a video with all secrets – if you don’t like platformer/puzzle games. Don’t forget to write a comment – this way I can test your game. I wish you the best ++

Azymuth is my entry for the LD36 event. A vanished civilization, using its mighty technology, was able to build some temples in the sky. Today this place becomes a challenge which only a brave runner could complete. Are you this one?

Ok. I think that I can take a break, regarding what I have done today. I have spent many hours to create a dynamic sky so as to display a pretty mood. So I am developing a speed-platformer game in an ancient world – an vanished civilisation who knew how to built a city up in the sky. You must enable many artefacts – as quickly as possible. I use a free scoreboard online in order to allow a challenge. Tomorrow I will work on aesthetic and map. Have a nice day – friends. See you later ++

Smudge

Color is a dimension. Color is light. At first, Smudge is a pictorial and phonic awareness experience – an artistic work which plunges its audience in a strange aesthetical universe. In light of these considerations, also Smudge is a splatter-platformer-puzzle game in which you must find your way in black rooms – without any light – by projecting paint on walls, floor/roof and interactive artefacts which lead you to the exit. You are blind. Spread colors so as to shape surfaces. Play with perspectives, contours and sounds in order to reach the exit. For a best experience, a headphone is required.

Smudge is on GreenLight. Please support it. Thank you ++

BrainRequired

Hello my friends. I would like to show you my GreenLight page in order to promote BrainRequired – my project which was ranked in the Top100 –  Overall #88. Since our last LudumDare session, I am developing this game and I changed many features. However, as an absolute beginner on Steam, I struggle hard so as to promote my project. It seems to me that a few people likes puzzle games – and others dislike it. If you liked my project, could you support me? Share with your friends this page – and don’t forget to write some words on my page. I wish you the best ++
