Just wanted to highlight these awesome games. Check them out.

Frank & Stein by vegapomme27

Frank & Stein is just a really well made compo game. Graphics, sound, are all top notch and work together really well.

Rude Bear Recreation by Alex Rose

Rude Bear has the most fun gameplay of all games I played here. Mechanics are really simple but feel awesome to use. And the game has a lot of checkpoints, so it is not frustrating.

I’m in for the 7th time

Usually I use game maker, but this time I am going to use Unity with some little framework on top of it.
Framework has most of the stuff needed to create a game(states, timers, random tool, platformer controller, camera control etc, some base particle effects).

Other than that I will probably use photoshop or inkscape for graphics, jfxr for creating sound effects and bosca ceoil for music.

Hope A World in the Skies theme will not be selected, even though it is awesome, it seems to be so restrictive…

Good luck and have fun!
