I haven’t done Ludum Dare in over a year, but there’s no way I can miss the 15th anniversary. Here’s what I’ll be using:

Game Maker 2
Auxy/FL Studio for music
Bfxr for sound effects
GIMP for graphics

Pretty much just code for getting things on the screen, and a physics engine, so I we can just get into making the game once time starts!

My third Ludum Dare, I think I’ll do the Jam with another programmer this time.

Tools of choice:

Java, libGDX, and Eclipse
FL Studio and BFXR for music and sound
Photoshop or Fireworks for the graphics
Tiled for the level editor

Had  a blast during LD30 and I’m in for LD31

I’ll be using:

Language: Java

IDE:  Eclipse

Asset Creation: BFXR, Fireworks, Photoshop, FL Studio, and Tiled (though it depends on the theme)

Libraries: libGDX

And I might use a physics engine that I’ve been working on, but it’ll depend on what I come up with, and what the theme is.
