About me..... hmm....
I am a hobbyist Game Designer. I'm 16 and live in Sydney, Australia. Generally, I work with 2D games using the trusty (not so) ol' Game Maker 8, however i have recently been honing my skills on Unity3D, as well as XNA and Flash with FlashPunk.
I am a huge fan of Nicklas "Nifflas" Nygren, and his games. Knytt Stories all the way!

OK! so, i totally forgot about Ludum Dare, and so here i am, 24 hours in, without even starting!
BUT! Rather than give up on this attempt, this is a good chance for me to do some seriously fast development. Glorious train wreck time!

Framework: My own, PyPunk (based on FlashPunk)
Text Editor: SublimeText using the CoalGraal syntax theme
Not sure if i will end up submitting anything to the compo, but i’ll try! Jam is always there as well, i suppose
And here we go, my entry for Ludum Dare #21:
I realize i have another 10 hours or so to go, but it’s 1AM, and i have school tomorrow (today?), so i don’t really have any time left. That said, hope you like it!
I have an idea, and a pretty bad cave generator. I need to sleep now, but hopefully tomorrow i’ll be able to get a much nicer cave generator running, along with some gameplay. You can see current progress here:
Well, i figured that all things considered, that i should probably clean my desk, ready for the compo. And yes, my table is also my whiteboard. ujelly?
It’s AClockWorkLemon here, and i might be back with an entry this compo! Can’t make any promises, what with schoolwork and such, but hey! Let’s see how it goes! If i end up making a game, i will be using one of the following:
- GameMaker 8 (Pro)
- ActionScript 3, with the amazing FlashPunk library
- Python 2.7, using the libTCOD library (if i go for this, the game will likely be very short and sweet. Obviously don’t have enough time for a full-scale Roguelike :3)
Plus, for SFX, ill be going for the omnipresent SFXR. Supposing i get time to make music, i … err … i’ll see what i can find ^_^
Man, it’s been a while. Been caught up with school, so i couldn’t attend the last few LDs
That said, I have had the time to work on my skills a little, and have been working on a game in AS3, with the help of good (not so) ‘ol FlashPunk.
If any of you remember LD#18, i entered a game called “AfterDark” (you can find it HERE). Well, the entire game has been re-written in ActionScript since then, and this is the result:
The game is still in sponsorship stage, but if you want, you can give it a go on FGL (you will require a developer/sponsor account) HERE

Well, i hate to say this, but i just dont have time to finish for the compo (i dont think). If i can finish in time, then yay!, but i dont think i will. That said, i’ll definately have something ready for the jam
