End of the day

Here’s a short gif (or something, this is the first time I’ve used imgur :P) showing (some of) my current progress.

It doesn’t show everything – the player also, right now, has a lightning ability that pierces all enemies, a nova ability, arrows that make enemies fight for you, and arrows that do extra damage. There is also one other enemy type that is much smarter than the others and shoots at you.

Things on the to-do list:

  • Main menu
  • Music
  • SFX
  • Two player abilities that have not yet been implemented
  • One mini-boss that has not yet been implemented
  • Player level system that works
  • Enemy waves laid out logically & fun to play

In any case, it’s 4:20 here so I should be getting to bed.

    • Sorry – forgot to reply to this. I really appreciate the offer – it’s really nice to know that there’s someone out there that actually wouldn’t mind being associated with my work. 😛 However, I’m afraid that I always work on Ludum Dare alone – so I’m going to have to reject your offer (although, at the time of this reply, the compo has already ended, so it doesn’t matter anyways).
