any advice on Unity5 WebGL?

I’ve been pushing my games out for the last 3 dares using the Unity web player, but with that now having limited support and going away, I decided to upgrade to Unity5 and try WebGL.  However, that looks like it only just works in Firefox.  At least couldn’t get it to work in Chrome and Opera.  Just sits on the loading screen.  I would have thought that with HTML5 and WebGL, the good thing would be that you don’t have to beg your user to download a plugin, and that it would just work smoothly.  Anyone run into this before?

  1. In Chrome, you may be able to get more information by pressing ctrl-shift-i or command-shift-i in the tab with Unity running and then clicking on the “console” tab.
