Calling this done!

It’s my first Ludum Dare game in 3D. It’s also my first Three.js project, so there are probably memory leaks and such. But I did find that it was quite productive. I managed to cram in:

  • a custom infinite procedural terrain based on fractal Brownian motion,
  • procedurally spawned trees,
  • tree seeds that you can use to plant new trees,
  • procedural lightning, also based on fBm, with a custom shader,
  • an enemy with moderately crappy AI,
  • a skybox with custom sky shader,
  • shadows and light effects,
  • particle effects,
  • a HUD,
  • 3D positional sound effects,
  • heck, even some gameplay!

    My friend is playing this and can’t tell if it’s endless or not. Now we’re arguing. Settle the debate please.
