Making great progress for my first LD Jam

For the theme, I thought what is more unconventional than a weapon that has as much of a chance at killing you as it does the enemies? And then it hit me… GIANT SPIKY BALL OF DEATH!!!

Its my fist time using physics in Game Maker so things are still a little buggy but I got the “Ball of Death” working so I got that going for me.

Things I want to add:

Power ups to make the chain shorter or longer

Enemy AI (Some will run at you, others may try to dodge the “Ball of Death”)

Sound effects

Music

A bigger map

A scoring system

Title screen

Game over

    haha, i’m working on a very similar idea! but this is a top-down isometric car game! there’s a huge spiky ball attached to the rear end of the car! 😀
